Group Seating

Only fill in this form if you have separate booking references and want them seated together or within the same table area.

If all of your tickets were purchased under one booking reference, your booking is already treated as one group and you do not need to do anything.

Use this form to create a table seating group or table zone group by combining two or more separate booking references. This is useful if friends, family, or club members booked separately but would like to sit together or in the same table zone.

Only one person needs to submit the form for the whole group. Have the other booking references ready before you start.

Deadline: Please submit group seating requests by the end of July. After this date, remaining bookings will be allocated automatically.

Enter every other booking reference that should be part of your seating group. Do not include your own reference again.

We will do our best to seat your group together. Larger groups may be split across adjacent tables or tables in the same area.
